Reckless is the third book in the Thoughtless series written by S.C. Stephens. It is a new adult contemporary romance.

Can love survive when life gets Reckless?

When the band hits it big, Kiera and Kellan must ask themselves: Can their love for each other withstand the constant pressures of superstardom? The friendships they’ve formed, the new family they’ve found, and the history they’ve forged will all play a part in helping them navigate the turbulent waters of the band’s exploding popularity. A greedy executive hell-bent on success, a declining pop star looking for an edge, and a media circus that twists lies into truths are just some of the obstacles the lovers will have to overcome if they are going to remain together. Fame comes with a price—but will it cost Kiera and Kellan everything?

I know that this series came out forever ago but to be honest, I somehow just didn’t get to ever writing my review of the 3rd book in the series.

This the the book that wraps up the story between Kellan and Kiera. This is where an author goes big or goes home. It’s hard to say that the book wasn’t good because it does wrap up the series well but at the same time, this book has the same problems that the other two in the series had and that was the fact that Kiera isn’t really a likable heroin.

It’s hard to want to cheer for someone and have them find happiness when you really don’t like the person in the first place.

On the other hand you fall so much in love with Kellan, you want the world for him. You want him to find love, happiness and win the lottery all at the same time and in a way in this book he really does.

If you’ve read the first two books in the series, Reckless is without a doubt a must read. I mean how can you not find out how Kellan gets his happily ever after?

You’ve spent so much time in their lives, this book helps put an end to a flat out amazing story.

I know it wasn’t a perfect trilogy but it is the kind of book that weeks or even months later you are still going to be thinking about. Actually 3 years later and I can still remember how I felt when Kiera first met Kellan and so many other parts of the book.

Seriously, all the bull aside, go read this entire series. I know Kiera is annoying but put that aside and enjoy the emotional roller coaster that is the Thoughtless trilogy.
